06. Provide scholarships and admission assistance to meritorious students.
07. Honor the students for academic excellence from reputed institutions worldwide.
08. Offer skill development training and establish vocational institutes for unemployed youth.
09. Facilitate employment placement at home and abroad and promote self-employment.
10. Ensure affordable healthcare via discount health cards and hospital support.
11. Introduce ambulance and freezing ambulance services for community use.
12. Create and manage specialized funds to support education, health, employment, welfare, water and environment.
13. Operate a “Legal Support & Advocacy Cell” to protect human rights and ensure legal support.
14. Set up a “Help Desk” in Dhaka to support Noakhali residents.
15. Establish and operate a “Zakat Fund” for financially vulnerable individuals.
16. Organize advocacy events to highlight socio-economic challenges to authorities.
17. Create a “Marriage Media Cell” for matchmaking assistance across the diaspora.
18. Set up a “NOFEL Rest House” in Dhaka for temporary accommodation for medical and employment needs.
19. Host seminars and dialogues to discuss local issues, law & order and development with government attention.
20. Initiate any action necessary for the welfare and advancement of Greater Noakhali people.
21. Conduct thematic workshops and symposiums to boost awareness and skills.
22. Launch projects for the welfare of disadvantaged, disabled, ill and marginalized residents.
